This coming weekend, Saturday 16th August, training will be as follows:
Mens Training : 9am-1pm
Mens vs Ladies (Friendly) : 1pm-2pm
Ladies Training : 2pm-6pm
Attire:
Guys - White
Girls - Red
*Note to Ladies team, please be in school and ready by 1230pm - instruction from Dzaf
